Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’d like to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returning an Item

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To arrange a return:

1. Contact us at sales@reading-glasses-direct.co.uk to let us know you’d like to return an item.
2. Package your item securely, ideally in its original packaging.
3. Post your return using a tracked or signed-for postal service to: 182 Exeter Road, Harrow, HA29PJ
4. Keep your proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the return post.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at sales@reading-glasses-direct.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.

For confirmed damaged or faulty items, you will receive a full refund including your original delivery charges and any reasonable return postage costs. Please ensure returned items are adequately packaged and insured for the return journey.

Refund Timescales

Refunds are processed within 30 days of us receiving your returned item and will be issued to your original payment method.

Your Statutory Rights

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
